Zips - Take Me Down 7"

I stocked the fuck up on this one in hopes it stays around a while. One of my all time favorite 70s UK punk obscurities back in print! On the exterior its basic no frills 70s punk with a light mod tinge, but after a few listens you’ll realize the instrumentation, and song writing is incredible, and it will be one that works it’s way more and more into your rotation. 4 great tracks, with the title track not even being the best one. Check out “Don’t Be Pushed Around”. Highest possible recommendation.
